Other Attorney Writing Services
Although I want appeals to be the primary source of my work (and hopefully income) I am also open to being a source for all writing which needs to be done. That is, any motions, briefs for the trial court, amicus briefs, legal research and memorandums are all items I am interested in writing, if the lawyer is prepared to pay for them. Again, this is a concept where the lawyer pays me, the lawyer keeps their own client, and I am merely a resource for those who are too busy or not skilled in that particular area of the law (or aren’t good at writing).
